Basketball

University K-12 Academy has consistently fielded Championship basketball teams that have been at the top of the Southfield Public School League, with many of our players continuing on to the next level. All players are true student-athletes who must maintain acceptable grades and citizenship marks. Students grades 5th-12th are able to participate. There are opportunities for both boys and girls. This program fosters a cohesive environment where players learn teamwork; yet are able to grow as individuals.

Volleyball

The UK12 Volleyball Program welcomes young ladies in grades 6th-8th to try out for the team. Players get an opportunity to be a part of a volleyball family and learn how to work together.

Cheerleading

With both of our unified schools, UK12 has an award winning cheerleading team.Our teams have placed first in the district in 2023-2024 regional competitions.

Track and Field

UK12 Track & Field offers an opportunity for boys and girls to show off their speed while competing with others throughout the district. Strong emphasis on team support, sportsmanship, & skill building in various events. Short and long distance track events, as well as field events The only Middle school with an MHSAA regulation track on site!
